Enrollment Requirements

1. The basic requirements for consideration of enrollment are:
   Proof of High School graduation or equivalent.
2. Health certificate with Doctor`s signature indicating a negative tuberculin skin test or chest x-ray certificate.  
3. Good moral character and temperate habits.
4. Three personal letters of reference.
5. All admissions will be determined by the Principal or Vice Principal by interview.

Application Information

All interested students are asked to obtain and fill out an application form available by writing to the address indicated to your left. Those not on the island of Oahu should submit a completed application form, three personal letters of reference along with a non-refundable $100.00 registration fee and a Doctor's Certification of health, turberculin skin test or chest X-ray at least  thirty (30) days prior to the start of the classes. A personal interview will be scheduled. Applications will be processed as soon as received and students will be advised of acceptance in writing.
