I've been going here for years. Quality massage at a decent price. This is not a spa type of massage. There is one big open room and you lay on mats. Your face is either on a pillow, or you can request a brace to put your face on similar to one on a massage table. I go this route. Much more comfortable. This is not a foo foo massage. I'm sure you can tell them to go lighter if you want. But I just tolerate the full body massage and yes it hurts at times. But I feel great after. The person I see is Masa, and he's great.

I came here with really stiff neck and shoulders and left feeling super relaxed! I loved the pressure and the straight to the point type of massage that shiatsu offers. I had Darren who was very skilled in knowing exactly where to put pressure and how much pressure. When I let my neck and shoulder pains were almost completely gone. I'm happy that I got to pay this place a visit today and I'm surprised I've only heard about it recently being that they have been around for over 40 plus years!

Aisen is absolutely my favorite place to get a shiatsu massage! My coworker recommended this place and I fell in love. If you like deeper pressure, I recommend Masa. He is very professional and so nice! He also massages you until you feel better (over an hour if time permits) which is AMAZING!

If you love this place and plan on coming back regularly, I highly recommend asking about the coupon book. You pay bulk price of 10 massages and you get 11 coupons. Makes each massage a little cheaper. Totally worth it!

I wish I could pack Henry up and bring him home with me! I tried a few different therapists there and believe me, they are all great, you can't go wrong. Henry just had the style that suited my needs the best. Expect to cry out with delightful pain (no, not that way), but they will find every little knot and tension in your body and work it out like there is no tomorrow.

By far- this is my FAVORITE place ever. This place was recommended by a family member because I am always complaining about my aches and pains. I have been coming here for years. I either see Masa or Henry. The massages are intense. You need to enjoy the pressure. I always pay for the one hour massage, BUT the therapists always massages until they feel you are good to go. One time I went in at 9:30 a.m. and when I left, I looked at the time, it was 11:30 a.m.! That's what you call SERVICE!!! I will continue to recommend this place to everyone!

I go to see Henry. He is wonderful. He really takes into consideration the places you point out to him. His thumbs are magic!

I'm sure if I lived closer and was able to see him regularly we would be in sync in no time. Sadly , it's a trek for me to see him, so I don't go as often as I should.

After numerous amazing shiatsu massages at a spa in Phoenix, I learned that my massage therapist was trained at Aisen on Oahu. So in 2015 i first visited Aisen while on vacation. The center is located in an office building north of downtown (the #2 bus stops about 2 blocks away). Everyone receives their massage in one, large room, and the massages are conducted on the floor. The sensei gave me a 60-minute massage that will most likely be the best shiatsu massage of my life. Four years later (to the day) I returned to ring in the new year with another 60-minute massage, this time by Henry. My entire body was very tight from surfing the day before, and he helped quite a bit! If I lived here, I would visit Aisen regularly and I recommend Aisen to those who are seeking a genuine shiatsu experience.

I was pleased to have Merry, the Shiatsu Therapist, give me a very good massage. This place is a very legit place to get a therapeutic massage. Although Shiatsu is a generally a deeper massage using fingertips then the lighter Swedish type massages, Merry did a great job of providing relief in releasing tight muscles.

Recommend their massage services where they are serious about what they do and how well they do it.
